How do I download a product after purchase?

Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive a download link via email and in your account dashboard under “My Downloads.”

Can I use these assets for commercial work?

Yes. All Monolut assets come with clear license terms—choose Standard or Premium based on your usage needs.

Can I request a refund?

Due to the nature of digital downloads, refunds are only granted in cases of duplicate charges, technical issues, or asset corruption.

Do I need an account to make a purchase?

No account is required for a one-time purchase, but we recommend creating one to track your downloads and access future updates.

How do I upload my work to Monolut?

Click “Upload a Resource” in your dashboard. Follow the guided steps to add title, description, categories, image/video files, and license options.

How do I claim ownership of a design resource?

Monolut verifies ownership via your contributor profile and metadata. Submit a support ticket with proof of authorship if you see unauthorized work.

How do I become a contributor?

Apply through our Contributor application form. Once approved, you’ll get access to your contributor dashboard and earnings tracking.

How do I get paid for my assets?

Payments are made monthly via your chosen payout method. You must meet the minimum threshold and have a verified contributor account.
Standard commission is 60% on Premium License sales and 50% on Standard License sales. Top contributors may qualify for higher tiers.

Can I sell my Monolut resources on other stock sites?

Yes, unless you’ve selected Monolut Exclusive Distribution. You’re free to sell elsewhere under Standard License terms.

How are watermarks applied to my content?

All preview images and videos are automatically watermarked using a custom overlay system to protect contributor work.

Can I submit collections or series of images?

Absolutely. We encourage thematic bundles, cinematic series, or visual narratives. Label them clearly during upload for curation.

What file formats are supported?

We support JPG, PNG, MP4, and MOV. Vector files (SVG, AI) and ZIPs for layered content will be added soon.
